With a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology and a specialization in occupational health psychology, I offer career counseling grounded in psychological science and real-world experience. My work takes the whole person into account, recognizing that work decisions are closely connected to health, identity, values, and life circumstances.
I combine professionally validated assessments with reflective, focused conversations to help you understand yourself more clearly and make sound career decisions. This work is suited both to people exploring first directions and to those reconsidering or reshaping an established career.

My Process
My process supports people who want to make well-grounded career decisions by developing a clearer understanding of themselves and their options.
Clients often come in with questions such as:
-
I feel stuck, but I can’t quite name why.
-
I’m considering a change, but I don’t trust my own judgment yet.
-
I need to decide between several viable paths.
-
Something about my current role no longer fits, but I don’t know what would.
Some arrive with a vague sense of unease, others with concrete ideas already forming. The process is designed to meet you where you are and help you move toward clarity and decision-making.

How it works
The work unfolds over around 2-3 months and combines independent reflection with focused conversations at key decision points. Between meetings, you’ll engage with selected assessments and structured exercises at your own pace. When we meet, we use these insights to interpret, integrate, and translate them into concrete decisions and next steps.

How We Begin
We start with a brief introductory call to get to know each other and clarify what you’re looking for. We’ll discuss whether this structured counseling process is a good fit for your situation and what a possible collaboration could look like.
